Alroko GmbH & Co KG, Germany, with its subsidiary Alroko Inc. in the US, serves as the sole sales representative for many major producers of industrial raw materials and machine manufacturers across the globe. We take pride in being a reliable partner for all our customers. Our sales philosophy is to supply technically advanced products, always sourced from well-established manufacturing partners. We focus on offering high-quality industrial raw materials, particularly minerals and specialty chemicals, for a wide range of industrial applications.

Further, we supply various machines and equipment for producing and testing friction materials - but also highly specialized, non-standard machines for several other applications.

More than three decades of expertise in the industries we serve and the manufacture of nearly all products according to ISO standards provide our customers with the supply security they need to produce exceptional products. 1990

Establishment of Kynol Europa Import-Export GmbH by Hasso Schwänke, President, as the exclusive sales organization for Kynol fibers, textiles made from them as well as Kynol activated carbon products (all made in Japan) for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

2000

High-tech production and test equipment (for friction materials) added to sales portfolio.

2004

Establishment of Alroko GmbH & Co KG by Hasso Schwänke, President.

2006

Transfer of all non-Kynol business into Alroko GmbH & Co KG.

2008

Establishment of Alroko Inc. as a 100% subsidiary of Alroko GmbH & Co KG in order to underline the commitment to the North American customer base, improve the service level and increase sales in the USMCA region; Ralf Raulinat named President of Alroko Inc.

2010

Ralf Raulinat named Vice President of Alroko GmbH & Co KG; Julia Willer named Managing Director of Kynol Europa GmbH.

2012

Dr. Vijay Subramanian joined Alroko GmbH & Co KG as Representative India, working out of Kochi, Kerala State.

2014

Kynol Europa Import-Export GmbH renamed to Kynol Europa GmbH, all shares formerly owned by Hasso Schwänke transferred into Alroko GmbH & Co KG making Kynol Europa GmbH an Alroko GmbH & Co KG subsidiary.

2018

Alroko successfully launched the new product segment “Nano Powders” as part of its continued growth strategy and following numerous customers’ requests.

2020

Ralf Raulinat named President of Alroko GmbH & Co KG.
